The solid state high frequency welder is installed between the forming machine and the sizing machine. And it can rapidly heat and weld two edges of tube blank after steel strip is rolled into circular tube blank with an opening seam. Then squeezing rollers help form sealed tube. As the critical equipment of tube forming, it directly determines welding quality, production speed and operating cost of the whole production line.
